Ubisoft+ is vanaf nu beschikbaar voor Xbox, maar dit maakt echter geen deel uit van Game Pass.
Xbox-spelers kunnen naar de Ubisoft+ pagina gaan en zich aanmelden voor de abonnementsdienst. Voor een extra bedrag per maand kun je dan de gehele bibliotheek van de bekende uitgever spelen op je Xbox-console. Bestaande Ubisoft+ abonnees kunnen ook hun accounts koppelen.
Chris Early, Senior Vice President Strategic Partnerships and Business Development bij Ubisoft, vertelde Xbox Wire: “Het partnerschap met Xbox om Ubisoft+ Multi Access op Xbox-consoles te lanceren, verbetert ons abonnementaanbod om meer waarde en keuze te bieden aan onze spelers. Xbox console-spelers hebben nu toegang tot onze werelden via de uitgebreide gamelijst van Ubisoft.”
Wat betreft de selectie zijn er meer dan 60 games beschikbaar, waaronder Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Watch Dogs: Legion, Far Cry 6 en meer, die speelbaar zijn via hun speciale edities en toegang bieden tot verschillende DLC’s. De enige uitzondering lijkt Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 te zijn, want als je voor iets gaat betalen, is het om terug te keren naar Manhattan.
